The casino/resort hosts a range of entertainment and sports events, fan festivals, conferences and other activities such as Liquid Sundays, a Vegas-style pool party at the Fox Tower.

 

Shopping

In an endeavour to draw bigger crowds and families, Foxwoods recently opened Tanger Outlet Shops. This has close to retail stores with a variety of luxury boutiques located throughout the resort.

 

Activities

Foxwoods has also invested in extreme rides and experiences. These include a zipline that starts at the highest point of the 33-story-high Foxwood Tower and travels right down to the Mashantucket Pequot Museum at speeds of up to 60 mph. Also at the Fox Tower are two extreme thrill rides. A Sky Drop that propels four riders up at a time before sending them freefalling 120 feet to the ground and a Sky Launch that sends two riders 140 feet into the air.

Other facilities include a world-class karting track and e-racing simulators that give guests the chance to experience what it’s like to drive a motorcar around famous tracks.
